Epps felt that Sharpe was trying to bait Williams into trashing his former “Friday” co-star, which Williams never did. Epps accused Sharpe of trying to stir up controversy for the sake of clicks and views. He also challenged Sharpe to meet up and discuss their issues face to face.
While Epps made it clear that he doesn’t want to engage in physical violence, he continued to taunt Sharpe online. He also didn’t hold back when it came to Sharpe’s podcast partner, Chad OchoCinco, throwing some insults his way as well. The tension between Epps and Sharpe is likely to come to a head next weekend at the 2024 NBA All-Star Weekend, which will be held in Epps’ hometown of Indianapolis. It remains to be seen whether the two can find a way to resolve their issues peacefully and with words, rather than resorting to physical altercations.
