She informed the police that Ogletree had “body-slammed” her onto the ground during an argument. Ogletree, on the other hand, claimed that the victim attempted to hit him before he pushed her to the ground.
The incident took a more serious turn as it was revealed that Ogletree’s young son was present in the home during the dispute. The argument reportedly started after the victim broke Ogletree’s phone. In Indiana, a level six felony can result in a sentence of up to 2.5 years and a fine of up to $10,000.
