The couple has agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their two minor children, Jack and Brooklyn.

He will continue to pay $10,000 per month for Brooklyn until she reaches 18.

In addition to child support, the couple has also agreed to waive any rights to spousal support. However, Burton will be paying Gustin $50,000 in $2,500-per-month installments.
