Diane Warren Stays Humble On Oscar Chances, Partners Bash ‘Barbie’ Song

Diane Warren, the legendary songwriter, is gearing up for yet another Academy Awards ceremony, where she is nominated for the 15th time in her career. This time, she is up for Best Original Song for \”The Fire Inside” from the film \”Flamin\’ Hot.\” While Diane herself remains humble and grateful for the nomination, her movie partners are not holding back when it comes to expressing their belief that she deserves to finally win an Oscar.

In a recent interview at Pink’s Hot Dogs on La Brea, where Diane was being honored with her own veggie hot dog, her partners on the film, Richard and Judy Montanez, didn’t shy away from taking playful shots at the competition. They made it clear that they believe Diane’s song is superior to the songs from \”Barbie,\” particularly calling out the Ryan Gosling-performed song \”I’m Just Ken\” and Billie Eilish and Finneas’ \”What Was I Made For?\”

While the Montanezes may have some strong opinions about the competition, they made it clear that it’s all in good fun. They even jokingly referred to Billie Eilish’s song as \”depressing,\” but quickly added that there was no hate intended, as Billie herself has spoken about the emotional nature of the songwriting process.

Regardless of the outcome at the Oscars, Diane Warren has already achieved a milestone in the form of her very own Pink’s hot dog. Her special creation features a veggie dog topped with jalapeño pepper jack cheese, guacamole, and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos – a fitting tribute to her Oscar-nominated song from the \”Flamin’ Hot\” movie.

As Diane Warren heads back to the Academy Awards once again, she remains grateful for the recognition and support she has received throughout her illustrious career. Whether she takes home the coveted trophy or not, one thing is for certain – her talent and dedication to her craft have solidified her status as one of the music industry’s most respected and celebrated songwriters.
