Deceased Chiefs Fans’ Early Toxicology Results Indicate Cocaine, Fentanyl

The mysterious deaths of three Chiefs fans in Kansas City may soon be clarified as early evidence suggests that drugs, such as cocaine and fentanyl, were found in the deceased’s systems. While a full toxicology report is yet to be released, sources with direct knowledge of the investigation have revealed these initial findings. Attorney Tony Kagay, who represents one of the families affected, spoke to TMZ Live about the ongoing investigation and what has been uncovered so far.

Kagay remained cautious with his words, but he hinted that the autopsies had been completed and preliminary toxicology tests had been conducted. While he did not disclose specific results, he mentioned the possibility of substances being discovered in the victims’ bodies. The attorney acknowledged that drugs may have played a role in their deaths, but emphasized that there are still unanswered questions about how the substances entered their systems and the events leading up to their demise.

Law enforcement authorities have stated that there is no evidence of foul play, and they are not treating the case as a homicide. Kagay confirmed these statements, adding that there is much more to uncover. He expects the autopsy and toxicology results to be released soon, possibly as early as Thursday, which will hopefully provide some clarity on this tragic incident.

In the midst of this difficult time, Nancy Bossert, the mother of Clayton McGeeney, one of the deceased, has requested privacy. She described her son as a beloved individual, a caring father, and a loving partner to his fiancée, April Mahoney. Bossert emphasized the pain that his death has caused to all those who knew him, and the added confusion surrounding the circumstances of his passing.

As the investigation continues, the Kansas City Police Department has stated that they are not aware of any imminent toxicology results and that the case remains under investigation. It is crucial to await the official release of the full toxicology report to gain a comprehensive understanding of the events surrounding these tragic deaths.
