Tyreek Hill settles 1 paternity suit, still has others [Update]

The NFL star Tyreek Hill has recently made headlines for settling a paternity suit brought forth by Brittney Lackner. According to reports, after a 12-month legal battle, Hill and Lackner reached a confidential agreement, and Hill has been officially declared the father of Lackner’s one-year-old child.

This settlement comes at a time when Hill is facing two paternity lawsuits from two different women who claim to have had his children this year. These women are seeking child support from Hill, who currently plays for the Miami Dolphins. One of the women stated that Hill offered her $2,500 a month, which she deemed inadequate considering his $30 million a year salary. The other woman involved in the suit accused Hill of showing little concern for their six-month-old daughter.

Hill is no stranger to legal troubles, as he already pays $13,500 a month in child support to his ex Crystal Espinal for their three children. In the past, Hill pleaded guilty to domestic assault after an incident with Espinal when she was pregnant with their first child. He was also suspended by his former team, the Kansas City Chiefs, in 2019 following allegations of child abuse.

Both of the ongoing paternity lawsuits against Hill are still unresolved. Lackner has shared pictures on social media of her holding a baby-sized Hill jersey and her son wearing it after he was born. The first woman is seeking child support for her child in Florida, while the second woman is asking for $10,000 in child support for her daughter.

Hill’s legal issues have once again put him in the spotlight for reasons other than his performance on the football field. As the lawsuits continue to unfold, it remains to be seen how they will impact Hill’s personal and professional life in the future.
