Russian YouTuber Mocks Tucker Carlson’s Awe At Grocery Shops Having Bread

In a recent turn of events, Russian YouTuber Roman Albertovich Abalin has taken aim at Tucker Carlson for his recent video at a Russian grocery store. Roman, who boasts over 12 million subscribers on his YouTube channel NFKRZ, posted an 18-minute episode titled “Russian CRINGES at Tucker Carlson Grocery Shopping in Russia” where he ridiculed Carlson for his lack of understanding of currency and shopping practices.

The video in question shows Tucker Carlson grocery shopping in Russia and comparing the cost of his groceries to what he would have paid in the US. Carlson claimed that the groceries would have cost him around $400 in the US, leading to Roman mocking him for his lack of knowledge about currencies. Roman also poked fun at Carlson’s surprise at the use of locks on shopping carts, a common practice in Europe.

This incident comes on the heels of Carlson’s controversial interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin, where he appeared sympathetic towards the Russian leader. The interview received widespread criticism, with many accusing Carlson of playing into Putin’s hands. Former FBI agent Frank Figliuzzi suggested that Putin chose Carlson for the interview because he knew Carlson would not challenge him.

Even Putin expressed his dissatisfaction with the interview, stating that he had expected a more confrontational approach from Carlson. Russian dissident Garry Kasparov also challenged Carlson to a debate over his handling of the interview.

Overall, the recent actions of Tucker Carlson have sparked outrage and drawn criticism from various quarters. His interactions with Putin and the subsequent grocery shopping video have not been well-received by many, leading to further scrutiny of his actions and statements.
