Moroccan National Tourism Office Welcomes Indian Tour Operators on Exclusive Familiarization Trip


The Moroccan National Tourism Office (ONMT) recently hosted a group of Indian tour operators on an exclusive familiarization trip to showcase the diverse and vibrant tourism offerings of the North African country. The trip, organized in collaboration with Air Arabia, aimed to deepen the understanding of Morocco’s unique attractions and experiences among the Indian travel trade community.

The group of Indian tour operators, representing various travel agencies and tour companies, were given a firsthand experience of Morocco’s rich cultural heritage, stunning landscapes, and warm hospitality. The familiarization trip included visits to iconic landmarks such as the historic cities of Marrakech, Fes, and Casablanca, as well as the picturesque Atlas Mountains and the Sahara Desert.

During their visit, the Indian tour operators had the opportunity to meet with local tourism officials, hoteliers, and tour operators to learn more about the diverse range of tourism products and services available in Morocco. They also participated in cultural workshops, culinary experiences, and traditional music and dance performances to get a taste of the country’s vibrant culture.
