Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Bank Says It Has Right To Foreclose

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are facing a potential foreclosure on their Georgia mansion as their ongoing financial and divorce battles continue. Truist Bank, the couple’s mortgage lender, claims that they have defaulted on their mortgage and therefore has the right to foreclose on their property to collect the money owed.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Truist Bank asserts that it is well within its rights to proceed with the foreclosure, despite the divorce proceedings. The bank argues that the divorce alone is not enough to prevent it from exercising its foreclosure rights.

It’s worth noting that Kim and Kroy are currently going through a messy divorce. However, they are still living together in the family residence, albeit in separate areas of the house. Kim occupies the nanny suite and basement, while Kroy has the primary bedroom.

In October, the couple requested a judge to halt the bank’s foreclosure auction so that they could sell the property themselves. They even reduced the price of the estate to $5.5 million in an attempt to attract potential buyers. However, their efforts have been unsuccessful, and Truist Bank is growing impatient.

Truist Bank voluntarily postponed the auction in November, but with no progress in selling the property, the bank is now determined to exercise its foreclosure rights to recover the outstanding debt.

The couple’s financial and divorce disputes have been highly publicized, with frequent clashes over their finances. Despite their ongoing disagreements, they remain under the same roof, except when they are not arguing, they are reportedly engaging in intimate activities.

As of now, there has been no response from Kim and Kroy’s representatives regarding the foreclosure situation. It remains to be seen how this ongoing battle will unfold and whether the couple will be able to resolve their financial issues before losing their mansion.
